We were there in paradise for another day. We did laundry, battled with the Internet, and walked around that end of the island. It filled our day somehow! Sampson Cay was considered a semi-private island with a few homes. Across from our marina there was a sand bar and at low tide, you could see and walk on the sand. At high tide, people would ride their dinghies over it. It was just an amazing sight.
In the evening we made dinner reservations at the restaurant at the marina with Kathy and Pete. We had an amazing vanilla & butter sauce poured over a unique lobster presentation. The lobsters were caught that day and Kathy saw the fish boat come in to sell the chef the day’s catch.
